Following the success of our flagship project, we acquired a highly promising property right next door for a family investor (my sister). The vision was clear: to transform a completely dated space into a "Boho-Chic Hotel" experience. We wanted to create a dream home where tenants would feel maximum comfort surrounded by high-end aesthetics.

Refurbishment & strategy a focused, high‑impact approach

Working closely with the owner's budget and ideas, I coordinated my trusted renovation team alongside my brother-in-law. We executed a comprehensive top-to-bottom overhaul. By strategically investing a renovation budget equivalent to roughly 46% of the initial purchase price, we completely reimagined the space. As seen in the Before & After gallery, we introduced elegant herringbone floors, bespoke modern kitchens, and spa-like bathrooms, turning a neglected apartment into a bright, bespoke haven.
