Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit may be required at check-in. This will be returned after check-out, less any deductions for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning fees.

Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated in your booking agreement.
Check-In and Check-Out: Standard check-in and check-out times must be strictly adhered to unless prior written agreement has been provided.
Conduct: Properties are located in residential areas. Guests must respect local noise ordinances and neighbors. Parties, events, and commercial filming are strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Care of Property: Guests are expected to keep the property, its furniture, and its fixtures in the same state of repair as found upon arrival.

Estimates and Contracts: Any quotes or estimates provided via the website are preliminary. All refurbishment work will be governed by a separate, customized legal contract detailing the scope of work, timelines, materials, and payment schedules.
Permits: While we may assist in the process, ensuring that all local building permits and community approvals (licencias de obra) are obtained remains the ultimate responsibility of the property owner unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service contract.
Content Ownership: All text, images, logos, graphics, and layout on this website are the property of Bella Luna Rentals or its content creators and are protected by copyright laws.
Permitted Use: You may view, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial use regarding inquiries or bookings. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
